My First Post About One Yummy Dish

So for dinner tonight I decide to make one of my favorites, Turkey Sliders.

I prepared them with basil, rosemary, garlic, onion, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper, and jack cheese.

I served them as a "build your own" slider, with sweet Hawaiian rolls, spinach, tomato, onion and all the fixings.

As a side I made sour cream and chive red skin smashed potatoes.

All of this was really easy to prepare which is great after a long day of work! I just turned on some music and relaxed while cooking some yummy food!

It was very tasty and very light. It didn't seem heavy at all like some meals can.

Well, here I am not really sure that anyone will see this... But at least I'm having fun and I suppose that's all that counts. I'm not really a writer as you can probably tell! But I do love to share and most of all cook!

I was very privileged to have received tickets to the premier of 'Julie and Julia'. I enjoyed it so much! Missy, Sherri, my mum, and I went last night to see it. It was really good and most of all really inspiring! It made me want to cook while sitting in the theater.
