Gotta love that Mexican Food!

For lunch today we are in Encinitas and have decided to treat our self's to 'Ricos'! If you are ever in Encinitas you should really check them out! I am having the carne asada fries... Krinkle cut fries, carne asada, beans, rice, sour cream, salsa fresca, and covered in nacho chesse... sounds gross maybe... but its far from!

If thats not your style try any of there other amazing FRESH Mexican food!
