Off the beaten path is this yummy little stand just off University Avenue. The gentleman who's running it serves stewed goat tacos. He also serves out the broth that the goat stews in on the side in a little styrofoam cup. You can throw in cilantro, onion, hot sauce, and limes to your soup and taco.
It's down a small ally way that's attached to a Mexican restaurant.
