Making Sausages

For Christmas Matt and I got a sausage attachment for the Kitchen Aid Mixer.

We picked up a large chunk of pork from Pancho Villa and got grinding. It was a real process but the end result was really cool. We chopped, froze, ground, mixed, ground again, stuffed, cooked and enjoyed. 
I made Apple Rosemary, Matt made Polish.












It was so cool!
