Matt's auntie Kathy gave me this recipe for yummy roasted potatoes.
Oven preheated to 400*
Roast halved Yukon Gold Potatoes cut side down in a rimmed pan with melted butter.
Salt and pepper the top of them and roast for half hour or a bit longer till cut side down is crispy golden brown.
I like to add a bit of rosemary. Enjoy!
