So for dinner tonight I decide to make one of my favorites, Turkey Sliders.
I prepared them with basil, rosemary, garlic, onion, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper, and jack cheese.
I served them as a "build your own" slider, with sweet Hawaiian rolls, spinach, tomato, onion and all the fixings.
As a side I made sour cream and chive red skin smashed potatoes.
All of this was really easy to prepare which is great after a long day of work! I just turned on some music and relaxed while cooking some yummy food!
It was very tasty and very light. It didn't seem heavy at all like some meals can.
