Before And After Crumble

I love crumbles, they remind me of visiting my Grandparents house in England.
Today I picked up some rhubarb and blackberries threw them in baking dish and topped with a simple crumble.
The end result...
A dirty plate!

Crumble recipe for topping on your favorite fruit pie
* 1 cup of white sugar
* 1/2 cup of raw or light brown sugar
* 125g / 4 oz. butter
* 3/4 cup of white flour

Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Mix ingredients to make a crumbly mixture. (I've always found that using my hands works best for this.)
Put the fruit in a pie dish.
Cover with the crumble mixture.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the crumble is browned and crispy.
